Final Registration will be held on Saturday, June 7,2008 at Cypress Hall. It is located at 1300 Coral Springs Dr., Next to the pool. Hours: 10:00AM --3:00PM
Registration Fee is $125.00 and includes all City Sports Fees.
Please bring a copy of a birth certificate and proof of residency.
Coaches: It is the responsibility of the coach to secure a sponsor
for their team. Sponsorship fee is $350.00 and checks
must be made out to"Coral Springs Winter Baseball"
(CSWB). Mailing address is on the "Contact Us"page.
When Sponsorship App is recieved, player freezes,
coach freezes, and team name can be secured.

Umpires: Umpires may sign up at registration or leave their name
age, phone # and experience on the info. line above.
Freezes: Manager, Sponsor, and 2 coaches (in some divisions 3)
will be frozen on a team.
NOTE: Applications for player, coach and Sponsor may be
printed and brought to registration as a packet.
